Indiana Fever star NaLyssa Smith reacted to DiJonai Carrington’s stunning look on Friday as Carrington turned heads at a SKIMS event. The Connecticut Sun hooper was invited to the New York City event and her girlfriend NaLyssa Smith dropped a 2-word reaction to Carrington’s photos.
Sharing a post by SKIMS, that featured Carrington, on her story, Smith wrote a two-word caption which was followed by two head-shaking emojis:

The clothing brand founded by Kim Kardashian opened its flagship store in New York on Friday. Many stars including NBA star Donovan Mitchell and artists like Ice Spice, and Cardi B attended the event. Fashion models, Winnie Harlow and Paris Hilton were spotted at the event too.

DiJonai Carrington and NaLyssa Smith’s relationship timeline

DiJonai Carrington and NaLyssa Smith’s relationship began during their time at Baylor University. Carrington transferred to the university from Stanford in 2020 during her senior year. Smith was a junior with the Baylor Bears at that time.
Starting off as teammates the couple slowly started to form a relationship on and off the court as they navigated through the worlds of academics and basketball together. The Baylor Bears finished 5th during the 2020-21 season and were eliminated by the No.1 UConn Huskies at the Elite Eight stage of the NCAA Tournament.
Carrington was selected as the 20th overall pick by the Connecticut Suns in the 2021 WNBA Draft. After playing out her senior year at Baylor, Smith followed her partner’s footsteps and joined the league. Smith was drafted as the 2nd overall pick by the Indiana Fever in the 2022 WNBA Draft and has been an integral part of the team ever since.
The couple faced off against each other during the 2024 playoffs as the Connecticut Sun took on the Indiana Fever in the first round. Connecticut advanced to the next round with a 2-0 scoreline in the best-of-3 series.
