“Okay Taylor… You won… I will give you a child and protect your cat with my life,” billionaire Musk wrote on social network X on September 11, referring to singer Taylor Swift.

Mr. Musk’s comment came after the American singer’s post on Instagram caused a storm. Accordingly, Taylor Swift said that the fact that her image created by artificial intelligence (AI) was used to imply that she supported former President Donald Trump made her worried.

Next, the singer announced that she would vote for Vice President Kamala Harris and called on fans to register to vote in the US presidential election in November.

At the end of the post, she signed it “Childless Cat Lady,” referring to Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance’s controversial statement that the Democratic Party is full of childless cat women.

The post, posted after the first debate between Trump and Harris, received millions of likes in just a few hours.

It is unclear exactly how the endorsement of Taylor Swift, a highly influential star with a huge fan base, will impact the election.

Meanwhile, Musk’s post, which was recently interviewed by Trump, also attracted millions of views. During the debate between Trump and Harris, Musk reposted several anti-Harris posts.

He seemed to enjoy the controversy surrounding his and Swift’s posts. “Oh my gosh, now the Elon vs. Taylor Swift election is actually happening,” he wrote wittily in a comment. In the end, he conceded defeat and announced that he would give the singer a child.

Mr. Musk currently has 12 children and is in a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Grimes over three of them.
