Florian Xhekaj, 20 years old, 6 feet 4 inches, was a 4th-round pick by the Canadiens in 2023 – 101st overall. He recorded 65 points in 63 games last season in the OHL, including 34 goals, and added 5 points in 6 playoff games.
He is now trying to surprise everyone and make the Canadiens’ lineup as early as this season.
