Taylor Swift Surprises Chiefs Player’s Baby Daughter With Incredibly ‘Thoughtful’ Handmade Gift

Taylor Swift’s fellow Kansas City Chiefs WAG (wife and girlfriend) Chariah Gordon—who is engaged to wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr.—revealed the “Never Grow Up” songstress not only gifted a “thoughtful” memento to her 7-month-old daughter, Ci, but she took the time between her arduous Eras Tour performances to make it herself.

During Swift’s European leg of her Eras Tour, she utilized her downtime to hand-make a blanket for the babe, Gordon said in an interview with Glamour, calling the gesture “so freaking cute and so thoughtful.”

“She said that her aunt did it for her when she was a kid and she wanted to do the same for me,” Gordon told the publication. “So she, in between shows, was making blankets and keeping my kids super near.”

Gordon and Swift became fast friends after the superstar started attending regular Chiefs games, with the latter joining the former’s livestream from the Chiefs’ ring ceremony to celebrate their Super Bowl win. After an early win during the most recent NFL season, the two marked the occasion with a post-game interview to share their excitement.

They first met at a gathering at Swift’s boyfriend Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s house, where Gordon said she was “super, super sweet” to her.

“And since then we’ve been super cool. I call her my sis. That’s my sis,” she told the publication. “She’s just really a sweet, down-to-earth girl. I forgot that she was even Taylor Swift, that’s how she makes you feel. I wasn’t saying, oh my God, this is Taylor. I’m like, oh, this is one of my home girls from back home. That’s how I felt.”
