On Friday, the 42-year-old Prince of Wales took to Instagram to share two behind-the-scenes photographs of himself filming in the woods on a rainy day, which quickly sparked excitement online, the Daily Mail reported.

This post comes hot on the heels of the announcement of the 15 finalists for the Earthshot Prize, William’s prestigious environmental award, founded by the Prince of Wales in 2010.

Competing for a share of £5 million in prize money, these finalists were selected from nearly 2,500 nominations across 139 countries, each proposing innovative solutions to tackle the world’s most pressing climate and environmental challenges.

While the project itself has sparked excitement, the Prince of Wales’ newly grown beard truly stole the spotlight, with fans taking to the comments section of the post to voice their admiration.
