According to the public listing records, the property was bought for $9.5 million. However, its initial listed price is enough to make fans’ jaws drop. Listed almost a decade ago, Jordan’s mansion had a starting sell price of $29 million on Zillow. Unfortunately, as the years went by, the mansion sat idle, with no buyers showing interest in buying the lavish property.

Back in September, the mansion got marked as contingent, indicating that a buyer for the property has been found.
