Burrow has been dating his college sweetheart Olivia Holzmacher since 2017, much to the chagrin of some of his biggest fans. When rumors swirled about their possible engagement, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported that a local bar started offering a “Sad Girl Shot” for only 9 cents (to match Burrow’s jersey number).
