New York Giants linebacker Brian Burns has made a disgusting admission that’s unlikely to gain him many more fans heading into next season.

The former Carolina Panthers star, a two-time Pro Bowler, has revealed that he loves sniffing his own expelled gas, claiming his diet makes it so that they don’t smell very bad.

“Sometimes I enjoy my own farts,” he disclosed. “They don’t smell too bad. I’m not gonna lie. If you eat right, you’re fine.”

“Why everything weird gotta happen to us man😭,” a Giants fan said.

“tbh i didn’t need to know this,” another wrote.

“I swear being an athlete in New York just gives people permission to be as weird as possible,” someone added.

Here’s Why Brian Burns Felt Fans Needed To Know This

The revelation dropped in a video made by the Giants in which several of their players laid their strange habits bare. Multiple players revealed they love the smell of gasoline, with Micah McFadden, another LB, saying he enjoys smelling both gasoline and Sharpies.

Cornerback Jason Pinnock claimed to love the smell of the backs of earrings…

Of course, Brian Burns had the most alarming quirk, but we’re done talking about that.

Meanwhile, it appears the Giants have deleted the tweet. Who can blame them?

The Giants Look Ready To Make Another Push For The Playoffs

Burns has joined a strong defensive line, making the Giants an intrigue on both sides of the ball given their acquisition of wide receiver Malik Nabers at the NFL Draft.

He will feature alongside the likes of third-year star Kayvon Thibodeaux, Dexter Lawrence, and Bobby Okereke.

Thibodeaux has tipped Lawrence, Okereke, and Burns to be Hall of Famers in the future.

Burns may have already cost himself the honor with that admission. But expectations are high in New York again, given the way their offseason’s gone.
