From signing anything and everything to even officiating weddings for fans on stage, Post Malone has always been known to do what he can for those who support him and his music.

Post Malone's country album is here. Its reception is damning.

During a stop on his F-1Trillion tour, a fall trek in support of his country debut of the same name, one admirer in particular caught his attention with a t-shirt that read, “My Make-A-Wish Is To Meet You. Fuck Cancer,” leading to a special moment between artist and fan.

The shirt belonged to five-year-old Ava, a young girl battling a type of brain cancer called pilocytic astrocytoma, which has caused her to lose her sight.

Noticing the shirt mid-show, Malone said over the mic, “Come up to the front, ladies and gentlemen, we’ll sign that shirt. And fuck cancer!” He then went on to lead the crowd in chants of “Fuck cancer.”

Following the performance, Malone met with Ava backstage where the young girl and her parents shared their appreciation for the artist. According to her family, during Ava’s chemotherapy treatments at just the age of two, she would ask to listen to Post Malone over Elmo.

Their meet-and-greet progressed with Ava and Post sitting cross-legged on the ground together to discuss everything from music to Crocs, Malone even offering to give the pair on his feet to the young fan.

The footage of their encounter has received a lot of attention, with fans praising the star for his generosity and kindness. “What a gentle soul,” someone commented, with another pondering, “What did we do to deserve Posty?”

There is a GoFundMe set up for Ava’s treatment where she is described as a “strong, positive, happy and an incredibly smart young lady,” with the description including, “Some of her favorite things include Bluey, Descendants on Disney, Monster High dolls, and of course, Post Malone.”
