Los Angeles Clippers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves: Head-To-Head Stats
Over the past three seasons and into the current 2024-25 NBA season, the Clippers and Timberwolves have faced off 12 times. So far this season, they’ve played once, with the Timberwolves squeaking out a 93-92 win on November 29. That victory pushed Minnesota’s streak to two straight against the Clippers. Last season, the Timberwolves had the upper hand, winning three of their four matchups. They delivered some big wins, including a 121-100 blowout on February 12 and a comfortable 118-100 win on March 12. The Clippers did manage to snag a close game on March 3, edging the Timberwolves 89-88, but Minnesota also won their January 14 game, 109-105, showing their consistency throughout the season.
The 2022-23 season wasn’t much better for the Clippers, as the Timberwolves took two out of three games. Minnesota looked strong with wins on January 6 (128-115) and February 28 (108-101), while the Clippers only managed a 99-88 victory on December 14. The 2021-22 season, though, told a different story. That year, the Clippers were rolling, winning three out of four against the Timberwolves. They dominated early games, cruising to wins on November 3 (126-115), November 5 (104-84), and November 13 (129-102), extending a six-game winning streak. The Timberwolves finally stopped the bleeding on January 3, 2022, with a 122-104 win, but by then, the Clippers had already owned that season series.
