According to the argument of female Tiktoker Kass Theaz, her parents gave birth to her without her consent.
The New York Post reported that the video of Kass Theaz suing her biological parents for giving birth to her was posted on Tiktor last year. However, this video has been shared rapidly again in recent days after Kass Theaz announced that she had just filed for adoption.
In the video of Kass Theaz announcing her lawsuit against her biological parents, she said: “My parents contributed to my formation. My mother gave birth to me and raised me. That’s why I’m suing them, because there was no consent from me here.”

“I was born without knowing that I would have to grow up and find a job to support myself. I completely disagree with that,” Kass Theaz said in a video posted to TikTok.
“They did not try to contact me in any way before I was born, to ask if I wanted to be in this world. That is why I sued them,” Kass Theaz added.
Kass Theaz’s clip has attracted more than 3.4 million views on TikTok and more than 29,000 comments, before being shared across various social media platforms.
However, in an interview with the New York Post about her viral video, Kass Theaz said that her TikTok account was introduced as “satire” from the beginning.
“I think I was obviously joking. I thought it was funny and people were making a big deal out of it before they really understood the issue,” Kass Theaz shared.
However, Kass Theaz’s previously somewhat unnatural thoughts still made the online community skeptical that she could raise a child.
In response to criticism from the online community for adopting a child but suing the biological parents, Kass Theaz responded: “Adopting a child is completely different from giving birth to them. I’m just trying to be a good person and help an unfortunate child.”
Kass Theaz’s story of suing her biological parents is still “causing a fever” in the online community, causing her to continue to receive a lot of criticism. In response to the criticism, Kass said she was “just kidding,” but left the controversial TikTok video intact.
Kass Theaz’s parents have not commented on their daughter’s actions.
