Justin Timberlake Announces Tour Encore with New 2025 Dates, Returning to Austin’s Moody Center

Just when fans thought they’d seen the last of Justin Timberlake on the North American stage for a while, the pop star has announced new dates for his “The Forget Tomorrow World Tour” in 2025, including a return to Austin’s Moody Center on February 3. As per an announcement made on Pollstar, Timberlake is hitting the road again, with stops from Phoenix to Denver, and again in the beloved live music capital.

Timberlake’s tour extension comes off the back of 53 performances that have apparently wowed audiences and filled coffers across North America and Europe. Reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice show that Timberlake’s shows at The O2 in London grossed an impressive $4.4 million and a trio of concerts at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam pulled in $5.3 million. Fans in Austin, who contributed to the $5.6 million gross at the Moody Center earlier in the year, now have another shot at catching Timberlake live.

The news of Timberlake’s tour extension intersected with buzz from his recent legal woes. A mere three days after a guilty plea for drunk driving, the announcement was made public. However, Timberlake avoided discussing the matter during his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, as reported by My San Antonio. Instead, he focused on the buzz of the tour’s expansion. Timberlake’s brush with the law resulted in a sentence of 25 hours of community service, plus fines and court fees totalling $760.

Tickets for the expanded roster of shows are set to go on sale on September 21 at 10 a.m. local time. With Austin being a music hub, it’s expected that fans will be quick to secure their spots, especially with memories of earlier performances still fresh. The “Suit & Tie” singer is managed by Wright Entertainment Group’s Johnny Wright and booked by WME’s Keith Sarkisian, reflecting an experienced team behind these seemingly unstoppable tours.

Amidst holiday-themed gigs, like Koe Wetzel’s Wonderland Live coming to the Moody Center in December, and Timberlake’s tour adding more sparkle to the city’s live music scene, it seems like Austin won’t be low on high-profile performances towards the year’s end, and into the next.
