In the world of sports betting, controversial endings like the one between the Rams and Vikings drive fans nuts.

The Vikings got the ball at their own 5-yard line with 1:46 remaining after Rams punter Ethan Evans’ 41-yard kick landed out of bounds on the left sideline.

Minnesota had a chance to drive down the field and possibly tie the game with a subsequent two-point conversion.

However, Rams linebacker Byron Young got to quarterback Sam Darnold in the end zone.

Young pulled Darnold down for what was called a safety, but a replay showed it looked like the Minnesota quarterback was brought down by his facemask.

No flag was thrown on the play.

That was a sketchy ending, but it wasn’t the only one.

Fans couldn’t help but notice that the Vikings seemed to make plays on crucial third downs during the game and would suddenly get flagged by refs, which led to an automatic first down for the Rams.

Many fans wanted an investigation.

The Rams defeated the Vikings by a final score of 30-20. Stafford threw for 279 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception.

Puca Nacua and Cooper Kupp were healthy and both were on the field last night, and it made a huge difference for Stafford to have both of his top receivers back in the mix.

The Rams are now 3-4 on the season.

Sam Darnold completed 18-of-25 passing attempts for 240 yards and two touchdowns in Thursday’s 30-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

The Vikings-Rams Outcome Serves As A Reminder That Sports Betting Is A Cruel Game

The Los Angeles Rams played host to the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night in a showdown between Sean McVay and his former offensive coordinator, Kevin O’Connell.

Like every other game, many bettors placed wagers on it, and many of them had the Vikings coming out on top.

Only one team appeared to be on the cusp of being a playoff team, but as we all saw, the Rams would come out with the win.

With the bulk of money on Minnesota, Vegas certainly came out on top this week.
