Harry Styles didn’t “spraying rain” on Chris Pine at Venice Film Festival
It all started with a video of Harry Styles allegedly spitting in actor Chris Pine’s face that quickly went viral and caused a stir on social media.
At that time, foreign press and social networks are in an uproar over a video recording the image of Harry Styles and Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival. Specifically, at the premiere of the movie Don’t worry darling, Harry Styles stepped into the seat next to Chris Pine and acted like he was spitting in his co-star’s face.
Actor Chris Pine’s awkward expression and eye-closing reflex at that moment made many people believe that he was annoyed by the rude behavior of the former One Direction member.
The video quickly went viral and all the attacks were directed at Harry Styles. “What the hell is he doing?”, “Harry Styles has made a few movies and thinks he’s a star among thousands?”, “Poor Chris Pine, he looks so resigned”… are some of the comments from netizens about the clip above. However, Chris Pine’s representative has officially spoken out about this issue.
“This story is nonsense, completely fabricated and the result of foolish speculation based on a bizarre online delusion,” a representative for the Wonder Woman actor told People. “I want to be clear: Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine. The two men have always respected each other and any inference is a blatant attempt to create drama that does not exist.”

It can be seen that after the incident that the online community speculated, Chris Pine and Harry Styles still sat next to each other and chatted normally and happily.
Chris Pine’s representative confirmed that there is no conflict between the two stars.
