A widely shared photo on social media piqued fans’ interest in Shaquille O’Neal’s romantic life. But the 52-year-old NBA icon swiftly denied allegations that he had a girlfriend. He dismissed the rumors with the same charm and humor as always.
The Lakers legend refuted the rumors, telling followers he would say to them when he started dating someone. The viral photo showed a tall man with a physique similar to Shaq’s. The image appeared to be a soft-launch photo of a tall guy covering her breasts in a bedroom. Fans were quick enough to react that it may be Shaquille O’Neal due to his physical attributes.
Maria Ozuna Teachey has more than 200,000 Instagram followers and removed the post, but the damage has been done. Fans were quick enough to speculate the situation around the former NBA superstar.
Shaq clarified the rumors by commenting on a post, “Nope, not the kid.”
This picture became viral very quickly. The man’s massive hands, feet, and muscular build led many to believe he was Shaq. The situation reached a pinnacle when WorldStar Hip Hop, a well-known Instagram group, started spreading these claims.

After denying the rumors, Shaq shared an Instagram video captioned, “Is this my girlfriend to (sic)? Trust me, I’ll let y’all know who my woman is, and by the way, my woman’s name is Shaqirah.”
Shaquille O’Neal posted multiple images of the renowned basketball star with various ladies. He’d put his enormous hands over them all. In the previous video, he even kissed the woman he was with on the cheek. Shaq has been with many women, but this one spread like a fire in no time.
